Policies
These terms keep the schedule fair and every appointment unrushed. Booking confirms your agreement to them.

All appointments are booked online. Your slot is confirmed once your request is received and your deposit is paid. Please book the service that most closely matches what you need — if you're unsure, reach out before booking and we'll advise you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is credited toward your service total. Deposits are transferable one time to a rescheduled date, provided the change is requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit, as that time can rarely be refilled.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes a late fee applies, and after 25 minutes the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation so the schedule stays on time for every client.

The studio is a private, one-on-one space. Please arrive without additional guests or children so your service receives full attention.

If something isn't sitting right, tell us before you leave the chair. Adjustments made during your appointment are always included.
Appointments are limited each week so every client receives undivided attention.
